- Do you cut the meat, fish, or poultry?
No, we do not cut meat, fish, or poultry. All meat is sourced directly from a reliable Halal butcher and delivered as received. - When will my order be delivered?
Orders are processed in batches on the 1st and 3rd week of the month. If you place your order before Wednesday 12 PM of the delivery week, it will be included in that batch. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
• Local deliveries: Within 1-3 days after processing.
• Nationwide deliveries: 3-5 days after processing (subject to courier timelines). - What happens if I order after Wednesday 12 PM?
Your order will be moved to the next delivery batch. - Do you offer express delivery?
At the moment, we follow our batch processing system. If you need an urgent order, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. - Can I return my order if I change my mind?
No, we do not accept returns as we deal with fresh produce. However, if there is a problem with your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will do our best to resolve it.
